Last Day of Session 1 reminders...

Dear Summer Experience Families,

It is so hard to believe that the first session is coming to a close. Although it has been very hot, we have had a fantastic time. We hope that everyone can attend tomorrow's performance of "Proud to be an American" at 3:00 in the Lower School Auditorium. Please park in the lot next to the traffic circle (by the playground). This lot can be accessed from Pepper Avenue. We hope that you will plan on joining us for a slice of watermelon after the show.

If your camper will not be attending the second session, please be certain you stop by the lost and found table to look for any missing items. If you have medication at camp, please stop by the office and we will return it to you. We hope you enjoy the rest of the summer and that we will see you again in 2011!

Dismissal can be very hectic on the day of the performance. Please make sure that you check your camper out with his or her counselor. It is very important that we are able to account for all of the campers at the end of the day.

Campers who are returning for the second session DO NOT need to check in on Monday morning. You can drop your camper off in the traffic circle as usual.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thanks again for sending your children to Summer Experience. We are blessed to have such a wonderful group of campers!

See you tomorrow!

The Summer Experience Staff
